Denied ArticWolf's Main Discord Unban appeal

So I made a discord unban appeal which got accepted https://riverside-roleplay.com/forums/index.php?threads/articwolfs-main-discord-unban-request.99/
But im having an issue where I cannot join on my Main discord account

So I was advised to make an alt account and join through that So I've gone to the discord website (without a vpn) make a second account and can join

I was unsure of where to contact anyone for this other than here?

I do hope you realize, It's already been accepted and unless you're involved (which you weren't) you're not meant to comment on discord unban appeals :/

You most likely have an alt account inside the discord, which triggered an IP ban.

Well you must have one, because we've unbanned your account and you would be unbanned if you didn't have an alt.

But If I can join on an alt and not be using a vpn it must be something todo with that account?
