The PD is one of the most populated areas on the map - there are police officers actively going inside and out, therefore this heist is the hardest of them all. You will need to break in through the lobby or the garage. You will then need to enter the locker room to start breaking the armoury.
After pressing 'E' on the armoury, as long as there are enough PD online you will begin to raid the armoury, a timer will start and your objective is to hold off the PD for as long as you can until the timer finishes, and military-grade weapons ranging from AR-15s to M249s will drop in the form of a shipment. You can either use these or sell them on for good money!
2) Bank Robbery
The Halifax Bank is located between the NCA HQ and the Construction Building, on the corner from spawn. You can either enter through the car park or through the main entrance, and once you get in the vault, you can start drilling the vault. However, as soon as you finish the puzzle the alarms will go off and Police will breach the bank, so make sure you do it quick or plan to hold them off.
When you've cracked the vault, money bags with cash amounting in tens of thousands of pounds will be available to take. However, the more you carry, the heavier you will be meaning you will start to move slower.
You need to take the money bags to the Corrupt Banker, who will clean your dirty money for a cut, which you can negotiate a price which satisfies both parties. He is located next to the Hospital.
3) Money Printing
Obviously, money printing is the best way to make passive income, you do not need to maintain it other than giving it a new battery every so often, but once you have a secure base, you will be bringing in hundreds of thousands from printing.
The higher the tier, the better the output however the best tier requires VIP, which you can purchase here - this makes you more money than the average player.
4) Lean Production
This is arguably one of the most efficient ways of making money illegally, along with money printers. To produce lean, you need to be a 'Drug Dealer'. Find a quiet location as the process can be loud. You will need the following:
- Lean Barrel
- Lean Crate/Small Box
- Lean Cups
- Suburbs
- Littletown
You need to put the box of lean next to the dealer and press 'E' on him to sell it.
5) Weed Growing
To avoid having to read a block of text on how to grow weed, this video made by the author of the addon (Zeros Grow) will give you a step by step tutorial on growing weed.
Once you have harvested the flower, head to the Weed Dealer, found in between PD and NCA HQ, so be careful as this area is a hotspot for Police.
6) Store Robbery
There is a gas station named Arthur's Store, located next to the hospital, which you can purchase a selection of items like Armour and Carbombs. Behind the counter there is a vault which you can break into and collect money bags from, just like robbing the bank. Take these to the Corrupt Banker to wash your money.
Be aware, you will need to setup defences in the store as there aren't many places to take cover.
7) Alternative Methods
There are other ways of making money illegally, however these don't necessarily pay a lot. These include mugging, raiding other players, holding people hostage for ransom and being a Hitman to do people's dirty work for them.
You can only mug a player for a maximum of £5,000.
FAQ
Where can I get my hands on a weapon?
You can buy illegal weapons from a normal Gun Dealer, which may be quite pricey depending on who it is, however if you explore the tunnels underground you will find a Blackmarket Dealer who supplies a small selection of weapons.
How do the adverts and cooldowns work?
When doing majority of illegal activity you need to advert. There are also cooldowns in which you need to wait before you repeat a crime. For instance, if somebody raided the PD you would have to wait 30 minutes before you could do it. However if it was a mugging you would only have to wait a timer from when you last did it. You can always ask an admin to check your cooldowns for you. Here is a list of them:
