Well I would first ask for any evidence of both sides. If they do have video and or admit to stealing the nhs ambluance. I would check adverts for any adverts and if they didnt. I would explain that you would need to advert carjack
when stealing vehicles but I would give him a warning for stealing the nhs members vehicle since that is against the rules. If neither side has any evidence or admits then I shall give them a verbal warning as a reminder not do it if
they did do it. And next time try to get video evidence or a screenshot.
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Well I would start off once again asking for any video evidence either side, If they did have video and That the logs do say william adverted PD raid and it was a PD raid. I would Explain that he didnt break any rules since he did advert and it was a pd raid.
But if it turns out william is lying, I would warn him for lying to staff. Jail him and ask a higher up staff member to ban him for MRDM.
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would ask for any video evidence of this situation occuring since its raiding the base with no advert. But the NLR of william I can see it in logs. Because of the time of death and him killing joe. But I would explain that both sides
have broken the rules and explain to both sides. I would explain to joe he was building on the side walk as a drug dealer, But I would also exlpain to wlliam he needs to advert if he does raid someone and that he broke NLR by dying and returning and selling the drugs.
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would check the times of the adverting of the PD meeting and the Jihad advert of the bombing, And if it lines up where the The bombing advert was before the meeting it would be valid and not punishable but if it was after I would explain to the jihad that it is MRDM
since he killed 10 people when no Mjr's was adveryed

The reason I think I should be chose other applicants is because I have been on the server a while and I have been through many of the optional in game career's so I do know atleast a little about most of the people in this community
so they would know that they can trust me espically the people I have worked with for a large amount of the time such as SigmaEta and people who used to be apart of SCO and used to be apart of PD, which means I have been part of this
community for a large amount of time since october/november of 2019, Which I feel like I have a decent knowledge of the rules and how the staff team works since I have been apart of it multiple times in the past and since then I have became
more mature of a person and improved my act and have changed.
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do?
I would ask in staff chat what others would do in the situation after explaining it to them and ask for their advice and in discord maybe. But if no one responded I would double check the rules and staff guidlines and go with my gut.

Yes on this server and many previous. I have been Moderator on this server multiple times in the past.

I have determination, This would lead me wanting to be on duty more and want to make sure the server is minge free.
I am a quick thinker, If there would be a situation where I was unsure of what to do I would be able to think of a solution without wasting peopels times and getting them aggrevated
I am also a responsible person, When you do staff on a server you must be able to keep your chill in situations where you might be pressured but If I do make a mistake I will not blame it on being pressured but myself for not being
able to deal with the situation
3.5: List three weaknesses that may affect you when you’re staff:
I can be patience but I do tend to make my point to the person i'm making a point to and if that means being slightly aggresive I do tend to do that.
I'm not really organised with a time schedule so there might a few weeks I tend to mess up my sleep schedule and sleep through the day and wake up at night when the server is not so active.
I tend to get tunnel focus on to certain things So I tend to only focus on the one point but I am learning to adapt to that and trying my best not to do that
3.6: Why do you want to be a staff member?
Well I want to become a staff member due to the server has recently re-opened and I see there are staff applications being opened and I would like to be of assistance to the server owners and management when they are trying to reopen the servers
and that I would like to help the staff team recently due to that not alot of people recently haven't been fond on riverside and have joined the server just to crash it and I am used to that sort of thing and I can try my best and know ways on how to deal with them
people. I simply want to help the staff on the server make sure that everyone has a good and safe time on the server and that they feel like this a server they can join which can be fun and semi serious at the same time
but before the server did close I did have a few warns but I am planning on changing my self and keeping at lowest amount of warns possible and I do intend on following the rules
