Section B: Definitions and critical thinking:

2.1: Define RDM and provide two examples: RDM, Random Death Match, this is when a player kills another player without a valid roleplay reason.
Example 1: Player A kills Player B because Player A told Player B to fuck off,
Example 2: Player C kills Player D because Player C said that he fucked Player D mum.

2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples: NLR, New Life Rule, this is when a player get's involved in a previous situations and get involved or where a player get's involved in the situation they where in previously.
Example 1: Player E kills Player F and Player F returns and kills Player E,
Example 2: Player G dies at the bank and returns to the corrupt banker to arrest Player H.

2.3: Define FearRP and provide two examples: FearRP, Fear Roleplay, this is when you fail to comply with commands given to you by the player who has a gun on you.
Example 1: Player I is under gun point by Player J and then Player I pulls a gun and kills Player J,
Example 2: Player K is under gun point and told to get out the vehicle by Player L and Player K drives of.

2.4: What is homophobia and provide two examples: Homophobia, this is the dislike of or prejudice against gay people.
Example 1: Player M calls Player N a "gay twat and deserves to die because he is a gay fagg*t",
Example 2: Player O constantly kills player P because Player P is gay.

2.5 What is racism and provide two examples: Racism, prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized.
Example 1: Player Q spams "I hate nig****",
Example 2: Player R constantly kills player S because Player S is christian.

Please answer the following questions as if you were a Trial-Mod:

2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Firstly, I would claim the sit and bring both parties to a roof or designated sit area. I would proceed to get the story from both people, and then I would tell William that stealing NHS vehicles is against server rules, I would warn William and return him. I would then teleport Joe to the NHS Vehicle.

2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would check logs to confirm that Jeo was shot by William and then I would check to see if William adverted PD Raid, if William did I would ask for proof from Joe if there is none I cannot do anything as it is a word for word situation. I would return both parties.

2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would check logs to confirm everything, I would then tell them either noone gets warned or they both get warned as they both broke the rules.

2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Warn Joe for MRDM x10 and request for him to be banned.


Section C: Questions

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants?
I am very experience with staffing as I was staff on one of the biggest DarkRP's to ever exist and I am a nice guy, I won't abuse my powers, I will use my powers for the better good of the community. I hope to be apart of the amazing team to be able to assist prevent mingest.
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do?
Call a Moderator to help me.
3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers?
Yes, Staff Manager and Admin
3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff:
Time Management
Effective Communication skills
Efficiency
3.5: List three weaknesses that may affect you when you’re staff:
When I get very stressed I tend to get a lot more snappy and annoyed.
3.6: Why do you want to be a staff member?
I would like to be a staff member because I want to help prevent rule breakers, I want to use my previous knowledge and skills for something better. I am experienced, this means I would just slide into the team, I can get along with anyone and I hold no grudges. I am not bias nor corrupt this mean's all my punishments will be fair and correct.

Decent application, however I would of thought you could of added more detail within your answers within Section C, however as far as I know, you're a nice guy.

Neutral- You have a decent understanding of server rules but the application is lacking formality and some parts of Section B lack detail.
And I think you mentioned a specific community which is against application rules. Otherwise your a nice guy.

Some wrong answers within section B (scenarios), and I feel like you could have put a little more time into your application as we are getting many applicants and we are looking for the highest of standards. For now, Denied, however if you feel like reapplying please do but leave it two days before your next application.
