2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would take them both to a sit and first of all tell william that it is against the rules to steal NHS vehicle and then i would tell joe that he did in fact advert carjack then i would let william off with a verbal warning not to commit crime against NHS again
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would take them both to a sit and if william did advert PD raid i would explain to joe that he was killed for a reason and william did in fact advert PD raid, if william didn't advert PD raid i would ban him for MRDM/Mass Random Death Match
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would take them both to a sit and explain to joe that he cannot base on the sidewalk unless he is a hobo and i would ban william for failure to advert, RDM and NLR
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? i would bring joe to a sit and explain that william adverted PD meeting and no major crimes, i would then give joe the appropriate punnishment baring in mind that he commited MRDM

3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do? i would ask another admin/mod for some help

3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff: i have a good understanding of the rules, i have a good friendship with quit a few people on the server, i am patient with people
