Suggestion: Bring back the helicopter BUT diffrent a bit.
How will this benefit the community:
SCO helicopter would have SCO be able to ride on the sides and pull out their weapons in situations like armed suspects in car and PD copters would be to provide intel about a person fleeing police and their location, helicopters can be shot down like cars but a bit tougher but not too much
