RDM-Random Death Match (Killing people for no valid rp reason)
1-Player A walks up to Player B and Kills him (Player A-RDM)
2-Player A Walks up to Player B and attempts to kill him but gets killed him self (Player A-ARDM)

NLR-New Life Rule
1-Player A dies and goes back to the place of death before 5 minuets (Player A-NLR)

Racism is the hate / discrimination towards specificly members of colour
1-Player A decides to harass player B as he is black by following him and targeting him saying he is a bad player etc etc only because he is black(Player A-Racism)
2-Player A writes into ooc All Ni**ers should die this is just clear Racism (Player A-Racsim)

2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I will explain that William did infact advert carjack however i will explain that you cannot steal NHS Vehicles . I would then check his warn if he had any previous offences of this and its clear he knew the rule id warn him for that instead
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Id check logs to see if william did in fact advert PD raid, if this was the case then id let him off . If he didn't advert PD raid id then request a ban for mass rdm if it was clearly just mass rdm . If it was a miss bind id compromise and give him just a failure to advert warn .
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Id get each others side of the story if they both come back with this story i would then explain to them that
Joe is going to get warned for - Building on the sidewalk whilst not being a hobo
And william is going to get warned for - FTA And nlr
I would however request a compensation for joe though and admin ( is that how comps work ?)
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Id pull Both to one side and explain that what Joe did is mass rdm as bombing is classed as a major crime . Id give joe a fair chance to explain his side however most likely it would turn out to be a Mass RDM warn if he saw the advert . If it was a mistake and was clear id give him a chance warn him for major crime during meeting revive everyone and let everyone crack on with there day

I have a lot a lot of experience on garrys mod servers in particular riverside role-play . Im a fair person who understands both sides of arguments and im able to give a Harsh yet fair judgment
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do?
Id simply just ask for help from another member of the staff team
3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers?
Yes i do . I've been staff on here a handful of times
3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff:

3.5: List three weaknesses that may affect you when you’re staff:
1-Dyslexia
2-Family/Misses is my first priority not a game
3-I had an old reputation of being a minge a year ago however im changed

I would like to be a staff member as im on the server 24/7 and id like to give back to the community that gives me laughs everyday.I sit down alot through the server asking my self what more can i do and i believe become staff is that next step
