In short: Add a Terrorist role that can disguise and / or one that can spread propaganda like a news reporter.
Another ask as well for improving T, as an interesting thing for higher up members of T would be a role called 'Terrorist Insurgent', which would basically be a terrorist who can use some kind of disguise to plot and orchestrate inside jobs, similar to real life. It would be difficult to implement at some level because it could be a bit broken and I also thing LM should be given something equally as interesting in turn to keep it fair. It would make sense to have this but should also have to obey a similar set of rules to the PD when in disguise like for example they can't just start lighting the place up when they're inside of PD, I think it would be a cool and more in depth thing to add to Terrorist.
My second suggestion either as well as or instead of would be simply a member of T who can make announcements and do things similar to a news reporter, Terrorists are based on creating terror but if we can't make it public then how do we make terror a widespread thing? This suggestion is slightly more mellow and would be a lot more balance to implement and would also be good fun, the idea that T can spread their message more would be a really nice thing for us to get more involved with everybody and not just harassing the Police. similarly to Insurgent, there will be a set of rules and both will include a level of training and a try out to make sure the right people are being hired.
This does not mean add more to T and give nothing to LM, please upvote their suggestions too since I think having cool roles on both sides can help revive the whitelists.
