Initially I would check the damage logs. Then I would pull the reporting party into a sit, and speak to them, before putting in their accuser to a sit if necessary.
2.7: Joe has reported William for killing him for no reason with a car bomb. William (Hitman) states that he had a valid reason as it was for a hit. William has also killed three other people with car bombs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Firstly I would check the logs. If the advert was there, I would not punish William, unless the timeframe was interrupted
2.8: Garry has reported James (Gun dealer) for killing him for no reason. James has a base on the sidewalk and has openly advertised it as a gun shop server wide. James states that Garry was not permitted inside his shop. James has killed four people in the last three minutes. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
2.9: Harry, as a police Commander, is hosting a meeting. He advertises, “PD meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes.” Bobby advertises, “Base raid,” and still proceeds to raid a base despite Harry warning him that raiding is considered a major crime. What steps will you take to resolve this situation?
I will check that the PD Meeting is a legit one. If not, Bobby can keep doing his raid and the situation would be over. If it is, i will go to Bobby and tell him he cannot raid during important Meetings that are advertised. I will then warn him for 'Doing Majors during a Meeting'.

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants?
- I have been quite active on the server and a long standing member for almost half a year. During my time on the server, i have experienced a lot and see how staff works, so i got an idea how to start out already. I also matured within the community by doing a lot of work within the multiple departments. Next to that, i have previous staffing experience i can use, along with critical thinking that i can apply to give fair judgement. Next to that, i can be socially likable, so that sits and situations can be handled without much trouble, but that also makes me resistant to people trying to provoke me.
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do?
- I would ask another member of staff with more experience than me for help, explain the situation and context to them so that we can resolve the situation better.

- I have previous experience on three different servers where i staffed, one was a Cops & Robbers server, one was a German RP server and another a SWRP server.

- I have been having fun and want to give back to the community. I also feel like that being staff can help the server quite a bit with my previous experiences. Futher more, i have seen people go unpunished in the past and ruin the game for what it is, which i do not want to see happen again so that means i want to take an active stance within the community.
