2.1: Define RDM and provide two examples: RDM also known as random death match is when a player randomly kills you without any prior roleplay leading up to it. Example 1: If i steal a car and it belongs to a guys friend and he kills me without adverting counter, then it is rdm. Example 2: If i stab someone just because they called me "retard" it would be rdm
2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples: NLR also known as New life rule means that u cant return to a place/location after death, remember your previous life or take revenge on your killer. Example 1: If someone returns to a place after they got killed and takes revenge, then they broke NLR. Example 2: If i get killed in a raid and go back to tell my "friends" or "teammates" information on how many people there are in the base and what guns they have, then i have broken NLR.
2.3: Define FearRP and provide two examples: FearRP is when you are at gunpoint or a tazer is pointed at you. When you are being pointed at you have to obey the armed person. Example 1 : if i am under gunpoint by a kidnapper and pull out a gun and shoot them, then i have broke FearRP. Example 2: if i hold a gun to someones face and they start to run away, then they have broken FearRP
2.4: What is homophobia and provide two examples: Homophobia is when you treat an homosexual person (lesbian,gay,bisexual or transgender) in a negative way just because you dislike them. Example 1: If i were to call a gay person "faggot" and say other mean things to him just because he is gay, then it is homophobia. Example 2: If i would troll or target a person that is lesbian/gay, then it is homophobia (depends if i knew they were gay or not, but if i knew they were and i intentionally did it then it is homophobia)
2.5 What is racism and provide two examples: Racism is when you discriminate someone just because of their nasionality/race or membership of a particular racial or ethnic group. Example 1: If i would call someone the n word to make them feel bad, then it is racism. Example 2: If i would tell a person from pakistan to go blow something up, then it is racism, but if i didnt know they were from pakistan or any kind of religion and say it as a joke, then it isnt racism.

2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?: I would tell Joe that he did advert it, but i would also tell william that its not allowed to steal NHS vehicles and give him a verbal warning, then i would return both of them.
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?: I would check if William did advert pd raid, and if he didnt i would warn him for MassRDM, but if he did then i would return both of them to their original location so that they can finsih their rp.
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?: I would warn William for breaking NLR and RDM
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would warn Joe for MassRDM since it clearly says "no major crimes" and bombings are major crimes + most people know that interrupting pd meeting by blowing them up isnt allowed.

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants?: You should choose me because im online every day, and i know much about the server.
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do?: i would ask for help from another staff member and solve the problem/sit with them
3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers?: yes. I have been Head of staff, T-mod, Mod and co-owner.
3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff: 1: i know much about the game so if any players have questions i could most likely answer and help them. 2: I know how to solve most issues when it comes to people arguing. 3: Im good at finding quick solutions.
