2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? so first of all you can advert that you are car jacking but it clearly stats you can not steal a nhs vehicle in the first place and second of all i would tell joe he did advertize his car jacking and speak to william about not stealing a nhs vehicle as its against the rule and give him a warning not to do it again
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? i would check audit logs and make sure that william did advertize pd raid and also check that they were in the pd before doing anything else
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? first off they both have broken the rules as joe has built a base on the side walk and there was no advert for the raid in williams side of things as well as joe then breaks the nlr rule and then procides to sell all drugs which is also against the nlr so i would probibly procide to give them both a warning
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? first off joe has broken the no major crime rule as he kills 10 people whilst the meeting is in progress which is agaist rdm as well

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants? well i have modded for other servers and i know how rules work and i am very good at dealing with situations i am also a quick learner
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do? i would call over another mod to help
3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers? yes i do i have delt with a big server and sorted quite a few different sits though the servers i worked on have unfortunately been shut down as the member that owned the server had moved on an we all agreed it was time to take down the server
3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff: leadership respectful a good listener which in turn also helps with dealing with situations
3.5: List three weaknesses that may affect you when you’re staff: i have autisum ican be quite a shy person when i start off with a new job but soon i do tend to relax with the more time i am online and i dotend to over complicate things which i in turn then back step and retry
