What is the bug: NHS Mercedes Sprinter van does not register at dlva. says "contact the developer to fix it" and takes my money.
How can you reproduce the bug: Try and register the NHS Mercedes Sprinter van at DVLA.

Unfortunately can't do anything about this, issue with the sprinter addon itself.
