Suggestion: Change counter arrest rule
How will this benefit the community: Right now anyone can counter arrest even without affiliation, I find that really annoying because people just use it for an excuse to RDM, they follow PD around until they see them arresting someone and kill them straight away, it make patrolling by yourself when nobody else is on just really dead.

You need RP affiliation to counter arrest... You can't just go around counter arresting random people, if you see someone doing this don't hesitate to call staff.

This is already a rule, You need to have RP Affiliation before you can counter arrest.
