Instead Louie pulls his gun out and decides to kill both the men this is breaking fearRP as he wasn't armed when he was getting kidnapped or armed before the kidnapping

I would TP to William and Freeze him, I would then Teleport him out the car to me and then Check his warns if he has 0 warns and is a fresh player I would tell him to read the rules and give him a verbal warning however if the player had some warns in the past for Crimes against the NHS I would warn him for that and unfreeze him once the sit is over I would teleport the NHS Member back to their car and go on with my staffing duties
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would Teleport both members into a sit and check advert logs to determine whether William had actually adverted PD raid if William has adverted PD raid I would return both members and end the Sit however if William had not advertised "PD Raid" he would be warned for FTA | Mass RDM , And the banned for a Week for Mass RDM
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would first Teleport them to the sit and then check Advert Logs to see if William had adverted and maybe Joe didn't see the advert, If William Didn't advert "Raid" before raiding joe William would be warned for FTA, However If William had adverted I would then check combat logs between the two players if it was in fact true that Joe had returned back to his base whilst William was raiding Joe would be warned for NLR. However if it was also true that William decided to come back to where he died and continue his RP scenario William would be warned for NLR | RDM
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “PD meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would Teleport Joe to a private area and check his recent combat logs to check whether it was him who blew all them people up and not someone else, once it is determined that Joe had Killed all those people he would be warned for MASS RDM and the banned for 1 week for MASS RDM
