Me and some people (Their names at the time were Walter white, Jesse Pinkman and Mike ehrmantraut) Were walking around and we went up to Cian and asked them to stop. Cian kept running and pulled out a gun and went to shoot us. I killed cian and then like 2 minutes later I got pulled to a sit and immediately banned.

Cian apparently has a recording but wont sent it to me.

Denied, after watching the clip that Cian provided, a group of you were following saying "You're an Island Boy" then you proceeded to shoot him a few times for no reason which resulted in him shooting you back.
