+1 to keys. -1 to the radio because a real life police radio is loud and makes lots of noise even when idle/ someone else talking on the same frequency, unrealistic for this to be hidden

-1 to both, as in real life when you are undercover you wouldnt want to be comprimised, thus certain things have to be done. E.g not carrying government keys, a wire or a police radio. Use your cellphone to call authorities.
