The Halifax Banking association - Policies & Regulations:
1. The Halifax Banking association is able to provide hundreds of thousands & millions, however, the current maximum loan is £10.000.000. Although this may be changed at any time depending on the individual who's interested in cooperating with us. The current minimum loan is £100,000.
2. The current maximum length of our contacts is one three months, and the minimum is one week, though this may be changed at any time, depending on the contract and the individual who's interested in cooperating with us.
3. The Halifax Banking association will not cooperate with people who hold a bad reputation within the community, are not known, or are not trusted enough, hence why we have the liberty to deny any appeal/request with said reasons.
4. If you agree to the contract, but fail to return what you owe by DD/MM/YYYY stated within the contract, you will be punished accordingly as stated by the server rules, for scamming. You will have until 11:59 PM BST of the agreed day to return the money we lent, along with the X% of interest.
5. Shall you want to return the money prior to when the contract ends, you will still have to pay back the money along with the X% of interest, regardless of how early you want to pay us back.
6. The contract as well as the whole "Policies & Regulations" are subject to change, but only under extreme circumstances - Hence why the Interstellar Banking Corporation has the liberty of altering the contact even after it was made and agreed to.
7. You will be contacted 24 to 48 hours prior to the contract end, just as a reminder. You can/will be contacted via Steam, Discord, in-game, or via other means.
8. The Halifax Banking association will make the final decision on all loans/invenstments.
9. Should the person within the Halifax who's lending you their money be unable to collect them by when the contract ends, another person will collect it for them. Should no one be able to collect it, the contract will be extended until someone is able to. No additional fees or interest will need to be paid.
10. The Halifax Banking association is also able to accept investments.
11. The Halifax Banking association has the liberty of terminating any contract at any time, with or without reason.
14. The Halifax Banking association may also deny any requests, with or without reason.
17. The Halifax Banking association works on a simple interest basis.
18. The Halifax Banking association does both, weekly and monthly interest, this usually depends on the length of the contract.
19. You are allowed to borrow or invest more money, even if you have an active loan or investment, this will not be stacked on top of your existing contract though - A new contract under a new interest rate will have to be created.
20. No one else is allowed to collect/return the money apart from the person we've made the contract with.
21. If you are (permanently) banned and unable to pay us (even as a result of owing us money, your contract will resume (X% weekly/monthly interest included) until the Halifax Banking association receives the money owed - Until then, the contract will not be terminated upon the due date.
