+1, after the gun dealers are fixed they would simply only buy a gun for their own department and then switch off of the jobs. Also the guns we get from the tunnel, we literally aren't able to compete against any of the Police officers etc.

+1 would make gun fights more fair as a wider range of people will have access to multiple guns. Also makes it so people can actually get guns with ease without being limited and being able to buy shipments if wanted as well.
