my game froze and booted me from rsrp whilst printing money + i can't join back

i was printing money minding my own business when suddenly my game full on said no
i had like 500000 on the printers, spent 3-4 hours on the server, defending my money for that to happen. i have screenshots of the money
as my game cut on me. I then tried to get back into rsrp to try and contact an admin about what had just happened. But then it won't even let me join back either! (more info in image below)

PLS STAFF, it would mean alot if you could help me resolve this issue and prevent this from happening to anyone else as it is an extremely annoying bug.
