2.1: Define RDM and provide two examples:
RDM is the abbreviation of Random deathmatch/killing someone without a valid roleplay reason;
E1: Joe is a citizen; He walks up to a cop and stabs him to death because he hates the police.
E2: Ben is a COP, He walks up to a civilian & kills him because he was AFK.
2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples:
NLR is the abbreviation of New Life Rule, Witch means when you die you must NOT Return back to the same area where you died for a whole 5 minutes, You must also forget your previous life.
Example 1:Jordz was a Gun Dealer & got raided, Jordz ran back to his base to see what was going on. - This is NLR as he returned back to his previous death within the timescale of 5 minutes.
Example 2: Joe was raiding PD, Another Police Officer kills Joe. Joe decides to run back to the PD and continue the raid because he “shouldn’t have died”.

Fear RP is a rule which means Fear Roleplay, Such as if you are overpowered with people or weapons, it means you must comply with their orders within reason.
E1: Joe was a Thief, Joe has a pistol. 3 Members of London Mafia walks up to Joe with all fully automatic Rifles; Joe is outnumbered + outgunned, Meaning Joe would have to comply with their orders.
E2: Joey is a Gang Member, He tries to kidnap another civilian by advertising KIDNAP. The other civilian pulls out a gun & kills Joey. - This is Fear RP as Joey had a gun to the civilian first.
2.4: What is homophobia and provide two examples:
Homophobia is were someone hates or treats gay people/ any LGBTQ+ people harssly
Example 1:someone going around calling someone a f*****t
Example 2: in PD someone doesn't get promoted or just gets miss treated because of there Sexural preferences

Racism is were someone discriminates against someone else based on their race or skin colour

2.6: William has advertised carjack and stole an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advertise carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? First and foremost, I would go to Joe and ask for his side of the story, Then I would spectate William to see if he’s still in the NHS Vehicle. I would then teleport William to my location and ask for his side:
If the sides agree with each other, I would type !warns to check if William has any recent warnings as well as determine if he’s a new player or not, If he’s got warns previously for it I would warn him for Stealing NHS Vehicles & Explain no crimes must be comitted against NHS, Such as Mugging/Kidnap/Car Thief.
If the sides clash & William is out of the vehicle, I would ask Joe if he has proof such as in form of a Video/Screenshot evidence.
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would go to Joe and bring him to a roof & ask for his side; I then would spectate William to see if he’s not in a active roleplay situation such as Raid PD etc, I then would Bring WIlliam & ask for his side of the story,
I then would ask Joe where about was he when he died;
If the stories match & William was infact in a PD Raid, I would explain to Joe that no rule was broken & return them back to Roleplay.
If Joe says he was not inside PD at the time, I would message the other people that he killed to see if anyone has any evidence if the stories are clashing, such as a Video/Screenshot. If William did infact MRDM I would ask a admin to ban him.
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joe's base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this site?
I would teleport to Joe & Bring him to a roof and ask for his side, I then would bring William and ask for his side, I would explain to William the following rules: NLR (New Life Rule, I would then explain to Joe that he must be a HOBO to build on the sidewalk.
I would then warn William for NLR & Give Joe a verbal warning for building on the sidewalk as Drug Dealer.
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes '' Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would bring Joe to a roof top and explain the rule, When a high ranking member of Police adverts No Major’s, Then no Major Crime must be committed. Major crimes can be the following: Raid, Bank Raid, Kidnap & PD Raid. I then would type !warns and determine if Joe is a new player or not, If Joe is a new player then I would warn him for Mass RDM.
If Joe was an experienced player, I would then ask a admin to ban him.

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants? I believe I should be chosen over the other candidates because I am really active within the server, I interact with players as well as Staff & I’m loving every moment of it. Although I haven’t been staff within a While I just have basic ULX knowledge as well as I am a really good problem solver and love to get right in to business. Some will say, I’m friendly & that is really good attribute to have for a staff member as it means everyone can come to you for a question/answer. I feel that I would be a great addition to the RiverSide Staff Team, I have had a chat with Jordz and he has explained some things that would be great to do if I get the chance to become a staff member.
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do? I am the type of person that doesn’t get sad/shy when it comes to doing stuff that I aren’t too sure of, Although I have been staff before however it has been a while and I do have basic ULX Knowledge & I have a really good mindset when it comes to problem solving.
3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers?
Yeah, I’ve been staff on a few servers as well as staff on Riverside. However it has been a while ago however I still remember the basic ULX knowledge such as !menu, !goto,!bring, !spawn, !return, !Cloak, !uncloak, !god.

I would love to become a member of the staff team once again on Riverside, Although I have been staff before & I loved every minute of it, I feel that I am ready to make a return after having a discussion with Jordz & he was telling me how amazing it was to be staff and I wanted to return to help others. I am in the prime timezone when staff are either working/sleeping, I am always active and eager to help out in anyway shape or form.
