carjacked there car and before the 10 seconds i had to advert was up he froze my car and stopped me from adverting by kicking me out which then resulted to me being arrested\

Technically according to our current rules the 10 second advert delay only applies to crimes where you must lockpick beforehand.


So although your initial reasoning for creating the staff report is unvalid, godlez did interrupt RP and deal with his own sit.

Although it still makes sense you would first be able to get out of reach before having to advert. I will look at possibly isolating that situation where you may advert after 10 seconds even if the car is unlocked and no lockpicking is required.

Staff Manager will furtherly deal with the report.
