Information about the incident. Please include as much detail as possible: I had multiple SCO-19 Online while I was on SCO-19 myself, they were busying doing some TTM & SRO training, so I was alone in the hostage negotiation, there wasn't much government as a whole, I then follow the procedures of a hostage negotiation, I ask may I enter, I complied with all their orders, but that wasn't the issue, when I got in, I found a PCSO propblocked in 5 fences, 4 either side & then one of the roof blocking them in completely, I asked may I check the hostage well-being, I was granted, MaverickRat then gave me access to the PCSO by physguning the prop so it goes ghost, there was no fading door, and no keypad, that is a clear breach of rules, I quote from your staff application; "I am a experienced gmod player, i am aware of all the rules" you claim you are aware of ALL the rules, meaning you knew you was in the wrong.
