Denied Day and night

Suggestion; Add day and night cycle
How will this benefit the community: For example drug dealers could move their product in the dark so it would be harder to see them etc. And vehicle lights have actual purpose then.

Weather and day & night cycles don't work well on new exton, so unless we change map or get a working addon for our current map, I don't see it coming anytime soon. Also it's terrible on low end pc's as it eats up frames.

There are multiple disadvantages for having a day & night system in place currently.
