Definitions and critical thinking:
2.1: Define RDM and provide two examples:
RDM is the act of killing someone without a valid roleplay reason or cause. RDM stands for "Random Death Match".
E1: Joe kills Candice because Candice made an unfunny joke.
E2: Joe stabs Rob to death because he looked at his kid.
2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples:
NLR means "New Life Rule". It means that whenever you die, you cannot interact with anything from your previous life within 5 minutes of your death. You cannot return to the same situation as you died in as well.
E1: Lordcarrot gets killed whilst defending his base, Lordcarrot returns to his base and kills the attacker as soon as he respawns.
E2: Drift gets killed by a Police officer in a PD raid, Drift returns to the PD Raid 5 minutes later and takes some money bags that are next to the armoury.
2.3: Define FearRP and provide two examples:
FearRP implies that when you are outnumbered by people with firearms you must follow their commands exactly as they tell you without hesitation. This is within reason, for example, players cannot force you to drop all your money.

E2: A police officer pulls out a gun and shoots at the 2 criminals that are kidnapping him, even though the criminals have their guns pointed at the officer.

Homophobia is discrimination or abuse against homosexual people, this can be in any form.

Please answer the following questions as if you were a Trial-Mod:
2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Firstly I would ask both parties for evidence to aid me in my investigation. Once I have gathered all the evidence I need I would warn William for FailRP because it is against the rules to commit crimes against NHS. I would check logs, then I would tell Joe that William did in fact advert carjack but he is not able to carjack NHS vehicles. This would resolve the situation and I would teleport both players back.
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Firstly, I would bring both parties to a quiet area. Then I would make sure that the people that Willaim had killed, including Joe, were presenting a threat towards William or were inside PD during the PD raid. If they were I would inform that William's actions were legal and then the sit would be resolved. However, if the people that William killed were not inside PD nor presenting a threat towards William- I would have to make the decision to ban William for MRDM.
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would inform Joe that you may only build on the sidewalk as 'Hobo'. I would ask Joe to delete his base, next I would tell William that before you raid a base you must advert 'Raid'. I would then be forced to warn William for NLR since he has driven straight back to where he died. I would then tell Joe to make a ticket on the Riverside discord to be compensated for the drugs he lost. I would also Jail William for 5 minutes whilst he reads the server rules.
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would revive the 10 police officers and make sure the meeting carries on, I would then inform Joe that an advert has been made by a higher up in PD for a Pd meeting with no major crimes. Since a bombing is a major crime I would warn Joe for FRP (Fail RP) and remind him to check adverts before he next does a bombing.

Questions
3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants?
I believe that I am a great choice for staff due to the fact that I'm very well known in the community and I'm extremely active on the server. Using my past experiences I can enforce the rules to the best of my ability and exceed expectations. I understand that I was demoted from staff a while ago but I have learnt from my mistakes and I feel that I can bring great value to the staff team. I'm very fluent with the server rules, I can prove this because I scored top marks on my staff interview that was hosted by Leeroy.
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do?
I would first ask another staff member who is online, if that can't be done I would ask in staff chat or contact a higher rank than me via discord.
3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers?
I have been a staff member for Riverside RP 3 times in the past.
3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you as staff:
I'm a very understanding and friendly person, I'm always willing to help no matter the occasion, I can make accurate decisions quickly and effectively without delay. I also have a lot of time to dedicate to the server currently.
3.5: List three weaknesses that may affect you when you’re staff:
I'm a little impatient and forgetful at times and during term times, school may limit my activity.
3.6: Why do you want to be a staff member?
I feel that I want to help the riverside community grow more by contributing to the server in as many ways as possible, I think that my skill set is well suited to accomplish the task of being a staff member for the server. Even though I have had some negative experiences in the staff team before, I feel that I am ready to take on that responsibility again. Not many Staff are usually on Duty at a given time so I would love to help the server become a less chaotic place. If I become staff I will try to improve rp to the best of my ability.
