Section B: Definitions and critical thinking:

2.1: Define RDM and provide two examples: RDM/random death match is when a player kills another without a valid RP reason.

Example 1: James goes up to Frankie and pulls a pistol and kills him.

Example 2: Jack pulls out a pistol and kills Larry because he looked at him funny.


2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples: NLR Stands for new life rule, this is where someone kills you so you are meant to forget everything and not return to the same area or interact with anything from your old life for 5 minutes.

Example 1: James kills Jim with a valid RP reason and Jim comes back and kills James.

Example 2: Bob kills Jamal (Jamal is police) in a raid and Jamal comes back and kills Bob.


2.3: Define FearRP and provide two examples: FearRP is when you are outgunned/outnumbered by other players, and you have to follow their is instructions, and you have to value your life.

Example 1: Axel aims a gun at Assassin while Assassin is in a car, Axel tells Assassin to get out the car and Assassin drives away.

Example 2: Three member of RS surround Reece with guns out and advert kidnap, Reese pulls out a gun and starts shooting them.


2.4: What is homophobia and provide two examples: Homophobia is a fear or dislike of a person that likes the same sex or other.

Example 1: Kai treats Johnathan differently/worse because he is apart of the LGBTQ.

Example 2: Timmy starts saying homophobic slurs in the chat about Dillan.


2.5 What is racism and provide two examples: Racism is the discrimination or prejudice of a specific group specific group or race.

Example 1: Harry goes up to Riley and calls him names because of the colour of his skin.

Example 2: Bob calls Jack a terrorist because Jack is a Muslim.


Please answer the following questions as if you were a Trial-Mod:

2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?

I would bring both players into a sit at a private place to not disturb anyone and check logs to see if William had adverted and since he did tell Joe that he did advert. Then I would check William's warns to see if he has any prior warns for crimes against NHS. Then I would give William the suitable punishment for crimes against NHS.

2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?

Firstly I would bring both player to a desolate location. I would then ask them if either of them had a clip if not i would see if William had adverted and if he was on government property, if he was then i would return them both, if not then I would check to see if William had any prior warns and and give William the most suitable punishment.

2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?

First I would bring both players to a suitable location and ask if either of them have a clip, if not i would check in logs to see what happened. I would then warn William for FTA, NLR and RDM. Then I would tell Joe to remove his base as he is not able to build on the street as a drug dealer.

2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?

I would bring Joe to a private area and ask him if he knew that there was a PD meeting so there is no majors, if he did i would ban him for MRDM, if not i would jail him for 600 seconds and tell him to review the rules.


Section C: Questions

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants?

I believe I would be a suitable staff member on the server because I am a very active, hardworking and love helping people i am also a friendly person and professional. I have also met a lot of great people on the server and would love to see the server populate with a lot of new people and help them along the path of riverside. I am also a dedicated member of the community and have a very clear understanding of the rules as I have zero warns.

3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do?

I would ask ask someone that is a higher rank than me and see what they say about it.

3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers?

No.

3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff:

active, hardworking and very patient.

3.5: List three weaknesses that may affect you when you’re staff:

I am too hardworking and can sometimes get self critical. I also have school.

3.6: Why do you want to be a staff member?

I think it will be a fun and new experience and I want to help people out.

3.7: Do you have any disabilities (or other issues) that may impact your ability as staff?

No.

+1 Jay is always very professional and hard working, He also has a great understanding of the rules therefore It would be a pleasure to have him on the staff team.
