Suggestion:Make it so the jihad bomb can be strapped on people or on your self.
How will this benefit the community:It would be good for RP when T kidnap someone they can put the bomb on the person and it would be good for putting it on your vest because then you can strap it down the advert then bomb, it would make it fast to bomb and hostage sits.

You won't be able to strap it on to others, however to enhance RP between SCO19 and Jihads, you will have a visible bomb that is strapped on you. The same rules apply for the cooldown between the usage of a "bombing."
