Section B: Definitions and critical thinking:

2.1: Define RDM and provide two examples:
RDM stands for Random Deathmatch this basically means killing someone for no reason
Jim is in mall and Bob pulls out a gun and kills Jim (Bob is a civilian and so is Jim)
Somebody is driving their vehicle then out of nowhere it gets shot and they die

2.2: Define metagaming and provide two examples:
Metagaming is using Out of character things to get a advantage in situations
someone sees someone's username through vc on the left side of the screen and says that name over radio
Somebody arrests someone for being a terrorist due to them seeing it when pressing TAB

2.3: Define FearRP and provide two examples:
Fear RP is when you value you life as if you cant respawn
Bob is being mugged when 2 people have a gun pointed at him, Suddenly Bob proceeds to pull a gun out and shoot the people mugging him
Jim is being kidnapped but then he pulls out a bomb and kills everyone in the radius

Cop baiting is getting the police to start a un needed situation
Jim calls 999 to show them his fancy new knife
Bob says to police I have a bomb multiple times

Discrimination is prejudice action against one another
Tim calls Bob the N word since Bob is Dark Skinned
Bob calls Sarah a C**T due to Sarah being a Girl

2.6: Dave has adverted carjack, stolen an NHS members vehicle and drives around the city crashing into multiple parked cars. Tom reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would start the sit and tell Dave that Tom reported him for failure to advert carjack id ask for evidence from Tom
If he has evidence I would review it and explain to Tom how it is not Failure to carjack and then I would explain to Dave what he has done wrong then I will proceed to warn Dave for Crimes against NHS+ Car minge

2.7: Joe has reported William for killing him for no reason with a car bomb. William (Hitman) states that he had a valid reason as it was for a hit. William has also killed three other people with car bombs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I will say to William that he has been reported by Joe for killing him for no reason with a car bomb
I will check logs to see if it was a hit, if they are not hits I will proceed to ban William for MRDM for 1 day and ask for it to be extended to the proper time

2.8: Garry has reported James (Gun dealer) for killing him for no reason. James has a base on the sidewalk and has openly advertised it as a gun shop server wide. James states that Garry was not permitted inside his shop. James has killed four people in the last three minutes. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would say to James that he has been reported for RDM
As killing 4 people in the last three minutes sounds really bad I will check if there are any adverts that James made if not I Would Ban James for MRDM for 1 day then ask for it to be extended to the proper time

2.9: Harry as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “PD meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes”. Bobby adverts “Base raid” and still proceeds to raid a base despite Harry warning him that raiding is considered a major crime. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would Bring Bobby into a sit and ask him why he did the Base raid then I would explain that there are no Major crimes during a PD Meeting so I will warn him for doing Majors during PD Meet

Because I think I am mature and Fit for the job and I can be calm in stressful situations

I would ask the current Staff on Duty if they are free if they say yes id ask them to help me with the situation

3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers?
I have never Staffed a GMOD server But I have staffed a Minecraft server once

3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff:
I can be calm, I can can handle stressful situations, and I am kind

3.5: List three weaknesses that may affect you when you’re staff:
Sometimes I miss out a letter or two in spelling, I rarely get distracted in some situations and I find arguments annoying sometimes

3.6: Why do you want to be a staff member?
Because I would like to help the Riverside Community

-1 i have personally seen you act really mingy and and unmature on the server and ive noticed you loose your composure pretty easily if something doesn't go your way or if you don't like what the person has told you if you could make a change on this i believe you could make a decent staff member

edit. just realised your also 12 in my experience as staff so far you can be put in some awkward positions where no one that age should have too deal with and its also against TOS i believe

don't get me wrong, you're a decent person within the server, but unfortunately due to both the Terms & Services for Steam and DIscord, you're just not the right age. Plus you got to understand that being part of the staff team does involve being "professional" and "fair" with both other staff members and just the community as a whole. - And I have seen you do some stuff that could get you punished. I suggest you give it a year (or until you reach the age of 13) to try again, and have a more positive impact with the server to show us we're wrong, but other than that, your application is pretty good.​

As already stated, your age does breach TOS for both Steam and Discord. As a staff team we can not have someone moderating the community that is breaching TOS themselves.
