Section B: Definitions and critical thinking:
2.1: Define RDM and provide two examples:
RDM is Random Deathmatch this is when a player kills another player without any reason. So an example of this is
Example 1: A Player 1 kills Player 2 (because player 2 was spamming mic) and Player 1 got angry
Example 2: An rs member kills a citizen because he wanted to test out his gun
2.2: Define metagaming and provide two examples:
Metagaming is when someone uses out of character information to give them a advantage. An example of this is
Example 1: Someone puts counter/ counter arrest in the chat without doing anything to counter the situation and gets arrested
Example 2: Player says in ooc chat that he has an illegal drug business and a pd member arrests him.
2.3: Define FearRP and provide two examples:
FearRP is when someone is under gunpoint by multiple people and gets his gun out and starts shooting at them.
Example 1: multiple rs members advert a kidnapping and have weapons pointed at the victim, the victim ignores this and starts killing them.
Example 2: someone is in a car chase and gets stopped, taken out of the car and held at gun point by 4 SCO-19 members, he runs away and starts shooting.
2.4: What is cop baiting and provide two examples:
Cop baiting is when someone is trying to get police to try and arrest them by deliberately causing chaos.
Example 1: Player slashes a scos tyres while he is in KFC, causing an unnecessary chase
Example 2: car rams into police for no reason and starts a chase.
2.5: What is discrimination and provide two examples:
Discrimination is when someone is disrespecting someone because of their race/nationality/sexual orientation
Example 1: Player 1 was making racist jokes towards Player 2.
Example 2: Player 1 is making fun of Player 2 for being gay.
Please answer the following questions as if you were a Trial-Mod:
2.6: Dave has adverted carjack, stolen an NHS members vehicle and drives around the city crashing into multiple parked cars. Tom reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would bring Tom and Dave to discuss the situation and tell Dave that you cannot steal nhs vehicles and he should stop car minging. I would warn Dave for Car Minge + Stealing a NHS Vehicle.
2.7: Joe has reported William for killing him for no reason with a car bomb. William (Hitman) states that he had a valid reason as it was for a hit. William has also killed three other people with car bombs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
So I would check the hitman logs and see if he did have a hit on Joe and if he did i would ask him the reason for the other car bombs and if he had a reasons then I return both of them. But if he didn't have reasons for all of the car bombs
then I would check how long the MassRDM Ban would be.
2.8: Garry has reported James (Gun dealer) for killing him for no reason. James has a base on the sidewalk and has openly advertised it as a gun shop server wide.James states that Garry was not permitted inside his shop. James has killed four people in the last three minutes. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would check logs see if james has warned garry to get out of his store if he hasn't then i would see damage logs to see if garry has shot at james, if he hasn't then i would look at the other cases and see if he also rdm'd the others if he has then i would ban him for mass rdm but if he had reasons for all of the kills then i would warn him for building on the sidewalk and tell him you can't build on the sidewalk as only hobo's can do that.
2.9: Harry as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “PD meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes”. Bobby adverts “Base raid” and still proceeds to raid a base despite Harry warning him that raiding is considered a major crime. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would bring Bobby and verbually warn him that he's not allowed to raid bases when a pd meeting is on going and when i return him if he continues to raid/disrupt the meeting in any way i would warn him.
