RDM or Random death match, is killing another player for no RP reason!
E1: Jimmy (Thief) goes up to Sebastian (Police officer) and kills him "For being an officer"!
E2: Sebastian and Jimmy are both drug dealers, Sebastian goes over to Jimmy's to see Jimmy's base, Jimmy isn't in and Sebastian goes to find him. Once found Sebastian stabs Jimmy to death for "being another drug dealer"!

E2: Sebastian (PC) has Dereck in cuffs, Sebastian and Tim (Both LM) Point guns at him and tell Sebastian to let Dereck go, Sebastian refuses and the two LM do /advert Counter arrest in chat and kill Sebastian!

2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? Tell Joe that he did advert but still bring William and give him a warning for Crimes against NHS!
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? Check logs if William did advert then remind Joe that he adverted PD Raid and then killed him, if not warn William for mass RDM/FTA!
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? tell William that he committed 2 offences, FTA and NLR, Tell him that he forgot to advert raid when raiding Joe's base, Warn him for FTA and then tell him that he cannot go back and kill Joe as it is NLR and jail him at spawn so he can read the rules + warn him for NLR!
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? Tell Joe that he cannot interrupt a PD Meeting by bombing the PD or in any way possible. Then I'd warn Joe for interrupting a PD Meeting and then return both parties!

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants? I am very active and dedicated to the server, I have the friendly approachable side to me but I also have the harsh manner where I can deal with situations very well, I am always online and enforcing my role as a Police Superintendent and an NHS Consultant! I have experience with power and telling people off, I will only do something if I'm 100% sure it's correct and I show my dedication as this is the third application I've made in 3 weeks!
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do? Ask a higher up staff member to take over/help/tell me what to do!
3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers? I have never staffed a server before
3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff:
Activity

3.5: List three weaknesses that may affect you when you’re staff:

3.6: Why do you want to be a staff member? I feel as though staffing on the server isn't good enough in my opinion and there needs to be more staff on, I have had poor experiences in the past but the past is the past I'm not going to ask anyone to rub my feet for it instead I want to make a difference to someone else's experience, if I can do that that's good enough for me!
