  • 2.1: Define RDM and provide two examples: RDM (Random Death Match) – is when a player kills another player without a valid reason.​
  • Example 1: Randi comes up to Leeroy and decides to kill him for no reason.​
  • Example 2: Randi kills John for making an unfunny joke.​
  • 2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples: NLR (New Life Rule) – is when being killed in a situation, they must forget everything that happened in the past; Cannot come back only after 5 minutes.​
  • Example 1: Randi starts a PD raid. The police force gets in and successfully kills Randi. But Randi decides to come back and continue the raid.​
  • Example 2: Lamby has been mugged and killed by a thief, lamby then proceeds to go back to the thief and kills him.​

  • Example 1: There are 2 Thief's mugging Randi under a gun point to drop £5,000 or die. Furthermore, Randi takes out his gun and kills both of them.​
  • Example 2: A Group of 5 armed people comes up to Randi and kidnaps him. Randi did not follow any of the commands that were demanded by the gang and ran away from them.​
  • 2.4: What is homophobia and provide two examples: Homophobia is when people use a negative/hate attitude towards lesbian, homosexual, and gay people.​
  • Example 1: Greg the owner of a custom job did not give lamby a slot because he found out that lamby is gay.​
  • Example 2: Maria was rejected from PD Cadet Training because she's lesbian​
  • 2.5 What is racism and provide two examples: Racism is prejudgment, bias, or hate towards black people.​

  • Example 2: A police officer keeps arresting james because of his skin color.​
  • Please answer the following questions as if you were a Trial-Mod:​
  • 2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?

    Answer: I would start of bringing Joe to a staff sit and listen to have a clear clarification of the story. I would then Bring William, and inform Joe that William had adverted carjack. However, I would inform William that stealing NHS vehicles is against the server rules, and I would check his warns to see if this was his first offense; if not, I would warn William for "Crimes Against NHS" and close the sit and return both of them to their original location.​
  • 2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?

    Answer: I would bring both members to a staff sit and listen to both sides of the story; I'd check logs to see if William had adverted a PD raid or not, and to see where Joe was killed; if Joe was killed in PD, it wouldn't matter to William and would tell Joe that William can kill anyone in PD while raiding, and he'd be free to leave; however, if William killed Joe outside of PD, he'd be warned for RDM; and if William did not advert PD raid, I would request a higher ban permission from a higher staff rank to ban him for MassRDM.
  • 2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?

    Answer: I’d bring both parties to a staff sit, and listen to both sides of the story; I'd tell Joe (the drug dealer) that he can't establish bases on the sidewalk and that he must switch to Hobo if he wants to keep building on sidewalks, however I would warn William for FTA, RDM Revenge, and NLR. And he'd get a cooldown ban as he'd gotten three warnings.​
  • 2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?

    Answer: I would bring Joe into a staff sit and tell him if had noticed the PD meeting advert, if he had not and it was genuinely a mistake, I would let him leave and keep an eye on him. But IF joe had noticed the PD Meeting advert, and did it on purpose then I would infrom him that he is not permitted to bomb or raid in "No Major Crimes" events, however I'd ask a higher-ranking staff member to ban him for MassRDM.​
  • Section C: Questions​
  • 3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants?
    I should be picked because I am a well-mannered and mature person. I have been active almost every day on this server, and I would like to be as active when I become a staff member because, there is times where admins aren't active or aren't on duty and I want to be that one admin that stops rule breakers when there is no one to do that. I love teamwork, and as a staff member I would like to encourage teamwork among others to improve the staff team just a little bit. I have knowledge on the rules and the server in general which will help me in being a better staff member. I believe I can bring good to this server and the staff team.​
  • 3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do?
    Answer: In this case, I would seek assistance from an experienced member of staff. If there aren't any staff members online, I'd inquire on the Discord staff chat.​
  • 3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers? Yes​
  • 3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff: Problem solving skills, communication skills, and patience.​
  • 3.5: List three weaknesses that may affect you when you’re staff: (1) I often experience lag spikes. (2) school. (3) family issues.​
  • 3.6: Why do you want to be a staff member?​
  • I want to be a Staff member to help the server from minge people because Garry’s mod is mostly filtrated with trolls/minges, who just make the server an unpleasant place to be, and I want to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable role-play experience free of disruptions. I am also active on this server and would get good amount of staff time each week.​

Yk I think that you could actually be a decent staff member if you had the right attitude, from the previous experiences with you I really can't +1 because of your attitude towards people sometimes. However, everyone can change so hopefully you are not an exception

Firstly, he has a neutral application . Examples are short, relevant and simple, so if he adds more detail, then much better. His situation style answers can be improved. All of my interactions with him so far is positive, he was pretty chill and kind. Fit for staff. Goodluck!
