Accepted add more features to car dealer

when you open car dealer you can only change skins and colour, and nothing saves on your car either. as seen on my absolutely beautiful illustration, a bodygroups selection area would fit perfectly under the skins, and a save button could be added somewhere so you dont need to physically edit your car on the context menu each time you spawn ir in
