Suggestion: Add SmartSnap to the server, so that moving things around using the toolgun and precision will be 10x easier.
How will this benefit the community: Approximately 80% less toolgun spam with people just right clicking props everywhere with precision. With this 0.006MB addon, you get a grid over your prop that you can use to easily snap on with multiple points and then just Precision-Move a prop to fit it FLUSH with all your other props in seconds. There are hundreds of servers in all sorts of different gamemodes that use this addon, and I'm sure that many players recognise this, especially since it is also a part of 183,471 collections (As of posting.)
It can be easy to take this addon for granted when you're using it, but it is VERY apparent when it is missing, making it difficult for newer players to get good at base building, and generally making it take a lot longer than it should to build it in the first place. And most of the time you just give up half way through anyways, and say "that'll do" When you just can't keep building anymore lol
