Denied Parks RDM and player targeting

Information about the incident. Please include as much detail as possible:
Me and about 6 other players are doing a big raid on spawn hotel, whilst raiding someone thinks its a fail base so Hybrid comes over and pauses RP, Whilst hybrid is checking the base out parks is flying in as PD checking it out then leaves, whilst i already had a door charge planted on the door and holding the detonator and everyone else has guns out, whilst hybrid is talking to the base owner (still in paused RP) parks runs up and guns me down, in particular only me and not the other 5 people with guns out, whilst i say "nice rdm parks" he basically tells me he killed me because i had a bomb but he ignored the other people with weapons, he then tells me to make a staff report. This is about the third time I've been targeted by him whilst I'm playing with Ham, he clearly holds a grudge against me or genuinely hates me.

Admin paused RP, was basically in a sit and everyone else had weapons out but you only shot me?
