Section B: Definitions and critical thinking:

2.1: Define RDM and provide two examples:
RDM is the act of killing without reason.

Example 1: Player A kills Player B immediately after they leave spawn.
Example 2: Player A calls Player B a weirdo - Player B kills Player A.

2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples:
NLR means that, upon death, a player must start their new life as new. They cannot hold any RP recollection of prior-events. Additionally, it means that players cannot return to the same area/situation in which they died within a certain time post-death.

Example 1: Player A raids Player B. Player B kills Player A in his base. Player A comes back straight after and kills Player B during their raid.
Example 2: Player A is a police officer who witnessed a murder - and was then murdered. After dying - he arrests the player for murder - despite having not witnessed it in that life.

2.3: Define FearRP and provide two examples:
FearRP is the rule that states that a player should hold value upon their life. Thus, they should co-operate with armed criminals, and not make life-threatening moves when under threat.

Example 1: Player A is under gunpoint by Player B. Player A pulls out a gun and kills Player B.
Example 2: Player A is being kidnapped under gunpoint by Player B. Player B instructs Player A to go inside their base - Player A, however, runs away.

2.4: What is homophobia and provide two examples:
Homophobia is prejudice towards homosexuals.

Example A: Player A kills Player B because they state they are gay.
Example B: Player A targets Player B because they state they are gay.

2.5 What is racism and provide two examples:
Racism is prejudice towards a certain race.

Example A: Player A says the N word
Example B: Player A targets Player B because Player B is a certain race.

Please answer the following questions as if you were a Trial-Mod:

2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Whilst I would be able to see that William had adverted, by checking advert logs, I would inform him that he may not steal NHS vehicles. I would, on a first happening, issue a verbal warnings. If the issue persisted I would issue a warn.

2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Check advert logs to ensure that William did advert PD raid. I would check (if possible) where the killings happened to check that they were actually valid, and apart of the PD raid.

2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would inform Joe that he cannot build on the sidewalk. I would issue a verbal warning for this matter. I would then warn William for FTA. However, since Joe NLRd, I would also issue a warn to them.

2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would investigate whether Joe was aware of the PD meeting. I would issue either a verbal warning, or a warn depending on the outcome of the sit.

Section C: Questions

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants?
I have years of experience in PoliceRP, Garry's Mod, and staffing. I am mature, well-known, and well-informed on the rules. I am able to take, and resolve, sits effectively, and swiftly. I am able to dedicate several hours of time weekly to ensure there is active SOD at all times.

3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do?
I would contact a member of staff higher than myself for advice via staff chat or Discord.

3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers?
I have previously been staff across several DWRP servers, holding positions such as Head of Server, and Head of Staff. I have also been staff, and staff management on Riverside before it's initial closure.
I have several years of experience.

3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff:
Mature, free of bias, experienced

3.5: List three weaknesses that may affect you when you’re staff:
School, perfectionist, over-worker

3.6: Why do you want to be a staff member?
I wish to ensure a fair enforcement of rules, help others in the community, and help growth of the server.
