Denied news reporter heli?

Suggestion: news reporter gets to use the Bell 206B heli for news reporting and the like
How will this benefit the community: would be cool having a news helicopter flying overhead a police chase or something reporting it as it happens

considering cops can already use helis now i don't see why a news reporter couldn't
