2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would take William to a quiet place and check server logs to see if he did advert "carjack" if he didn't, I would tell him that he must advert carjack before stealing a car.
I would also let him know you can't steal an NHS car. I would give him a verbal warning and send a ling to the rules.
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would look in server logs to see if PD raid was adverted to check legitimacy of the claim. If William was lying, he would have committed mass RDM because he had killed 4 people so he would be banned. If William wasn’t lying I would tell Joe to look out for the adverts in chat.
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would take them both to a quiet place like a roof top and get them to tell me both sides of the story I would check logs to see if this is true. I would tell Joe he can’t build on the sidewalk as a drug dealer only hobos can, then I would tell William that he can’t raid bases without adverting raid. Willian drives straight back and kills Joe I would tell William this is NLR. I would then warn both parties, jail them both for an appropriate amount of time and ask them to read over the rules.
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
If William didn’t know there was a PD meeting, I would give him a verbal warning and tell him not to do it next time and look in chat for adverts.

I think I should be chosen because of my long time on the server and I am very active on the server. I also have good knowledge of the rules. I am willing to learn quickly about being an admin.

I would look through the staff handbook and if I still couldn’t solve the situation I would contact a higher up moderator.
3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers?
No but I am ready to learn fast

Quite a lot of people like me on the serve,
I am very active
I have dedication to the server because it’s the only server I play on most of my hours are on riverside.

Patience - I let people take too much time doing something

I have been on Riverside for a few months and have seen the server slightly decline in how serious the server rules are taken. I want to make sure the server is played fairly and played by the rules. I want to help the community and I feel like me being a staff member will impact the server positively.
