RDM stands for Random Deathmatch. RDM is defined as killing someone for no realistic roleplay reason.
Example 1: 4 people are at mall. They are all talking and enjoying themselves. Bugware walks up to them and blows them all up with a Rocket Launcher. This is considered as MassRDM as Bugware has murdered 4 people in cold blood. This is a bannable offense.
Example 2: 2 People are in the PD lobby, CMDR Dave1 walks into the PD Lobby to go to the armory and gear up. As he walks to the door, he gets stabbed and killed for absolutely no reason other than the fact that he's a police officer.
2.2: Define metagaming and provide two examples:
Metagaming is defined as using out of character information to your advantage.
Example 1: 3 RS Members raid PO, they are able to kill multiple officers and then hide in a base. When a fellow RS member dies outside, after getting sniped by an SCO SRO, they keep relaying and providing information on when the SCO and PD are breaching, attacking and their whereabouts. They also screenshare to provide the accurate location, which results in RS winning, as SCO and PD could not find where they are and they always knew where they were.
Example 2: An RS member drives up to the mansion, and bases up there. He asks how to make cocaine in OOC chat and is given an explanation how. After making cocaine, he thanks the person and says it's working and that everything is going fine. Upon a T Private reading this, he orchestrates a raid because he knows from the OOC chat that the RS member is making cocaine. They raid the RS mansion and are able to blow everything up and ruin the RS member's progress.
2.3: Define FearRP and provide two examples:
FearRP is defined as the valuing of your character's life.
Example 1: 8 People are chilling near bank, those people are 6 RS members and 2 T members. The RS members kidnap the T members, but they both pull out their weapons and attempt to fend off the RS, they die.
Example 2: A person on a Custom Job pulls up to BP and robs it, they manage to get out and start a pursuit, they end up in leslie green, and 3 Armed Officers point their weapon at the person on their Custom Job, they still pull out a weapon and ultimately, die.
2.4: What is cop baiting and provide two examples:
Cop baiting is defined as baiting a police officer to begin a pursuit, gun fight or something similar.
Example 1: An RS member tells PC Cable 2325 that he has a gun, they start a chase and end up in a gun fight, killing the PC.
Example 2: T PVT Desk rams into PCSO Sharp 9853 multiple times to instigate a chase. This ends up in T PVT Desk killing the PCSO.

Discrimination is defined as the separation/hate of a certain group, race, ethnicity etc.
Example 1: Raymond Calls Mohammed a Terrorist because he has an Arab name.
Example 2: Mohammed makes fun of Raymond for being white.

I would first drag them both into the sit, I would first begin by asking Tom what happened. I would then listen to what Dave has to say. I would then ask for any video evidence like a clip. I would then tell the person with the clip ( most likely Tom ) to join Private 1 in the main riverside discord and screenshare it to me. After viewing the evidence, I would warn Dave for Crimes against NHS. But, if his warn record is squeaky clean ( he's a new player ) I would give him a verbal warning for that. I would then tell Dave that he is not allowed to crash into multiple parked cars as that could count as car minge. If the car minge is that bad, I would warn him for Car minge after checking the staff handbook.
2.7: Joe has reported William for killing him for no reason with a car bomb. William (Hitman) states that he had a valid reason as it was for a hit. William has also killed three other people with car bombs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would first drag them both into the sit, I would first begin by asking Joe what happened. I would then listen to what William wants to say. I would view the video evidence in Private 1 after Joe screenshares the clip to me. I would then begin by checking logs, and making sure that William had a hit, once I made sure that he had a hit, I would begin by telling William that crossfire with car bombs is considered as RDM. I would then warn him for RDM x3 after checking the staff handbook.
2.8: Garry has reported James (Gun dealer) for killing him for no reason. James has a base on the sidewalk and has openly advertised it as a gun shop server wide. James states that Garry was not permitted inside his shop. James has killed four people in the last three minutes. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would first take them both into the sit, I would then begin by checking where James's base is, after making sure it's on the sidewalk, I would tell James he's not allowed to base there. I would give him a verbal warning for that. I would then view any video evidence given by Garry. I would check logs and make sure the death toll is more than 4 people. I would then apply the correct punishment using the Staff Handbook. ( I am unsure of what the exact punishment would be, but I will count it as MassRDM, which is a ban.)
2.9: Harry as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “PD meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes”. Bobby adverts “Base raid” and still proceeds to raid a base despite Harry warning him that raiding is considered a major crime. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I would first drag only Bobby into the sit at first, then ask Harry if he wants to be dragged too or if he doesn't want to and wants to complete his meeting instead. ( He says no ) I would tell Bobby that he is not allowed to commit any major crimes, and that major crimes are listed in the rules, and I would read them out to him. I would tell him that Harry told him to not do majors, but he still did them anyway, so I will be giving him a warning for that.

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants?
I think I should be a staff member because I care about the server, I have tried multiple times to join the staff team, and I think that this could be the time that I can join. I think you should choose me over other applicants since I have a lot of activity on the server. Over the course of a week I have gotten 16 hours on PD. I can do a lot for the Staff Team and I am willing to do whatever I can, and do whatever is possible just to help anyone.
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do?
I would contact other staff, and just follow the chain of command until I get a proper answer.
3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers?
Yes, I was a trial mod here.
3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff:
1. I am not afraid to ask questions, I am also not afraid to admit to my mistakes.
2. I can and will be serious during staff situations.

I want to be a staff member to help the community. This has been a long time coming. I am able to do whatever is needed for staff. I am insanely active, and I will do anything to help. I have done my best to join the staff team. I am confident that I am able to join the staff team. I want to help the server. I'd rather stay on SOD than stay on most other jobs.
