Suggestion: Master Thief should have a Weapon.
How will this benefit the community: There will be more raids becouse Master Thiefs have weapons and can raid defending/attacking.

I like that idea cause you cant always find a gun dealer that will sell a decent gun for below 20K most people sell the ARs for 11 - 15K and you dont really wanna go to the tunnel near LM mansion and waste 35k on an AK only to get killed by police or raider or when you're raiding
