Information about the incident. Please include as much detail as possible: So me and my friend was raiding PD then he came in and countered however the rule that he actually broke was talking while dead which I'm pretty certain isn't allowed. Fail RP?

Hi mate, This isn't actually a warnable offence. Sorry if this ruined your roleplay but I can't see it doing so myself. The effort that you have made to make a staff report over this suggests that it is something between us. Hopefully we can sort this out.
