2.1: Define RDM and provide two examples: RDM (Random Deathmatch) can be defined when the person in question walks up to you and proceeds to kill you for no apparent rp reason/reasons Examples: You are driving your car along the street you get out of your vehicle and talk to the man on the side of the street the hobo coming out of spawn proceeds to pull out a ak-47 and kills you and the dude your talking to. Another example would be if you were sitting down on a wall afk and a thief decides to kill you for once again no apparent rp reason.
2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples: NLR (New Life Rule) can be defined when a person returns to there place of death and/or interacts with there killer before the 5 minutes cooldown is over. Examples: You kill a hitman trying to kill you he then comes back in a car jumps out a kills you again in the span of 2 minutes. Another example would be if you were to kill a thief for hitting you and he then comes back shouting at you and harassing you about why you killed him.
2.3: Define FearRP and provide two examples: FearRP can be defined when you have a clear tactical disadvantage or are outnumbered in rp situations. Examples: You are in a police chase with police because they have seen you with a weapon on your personnel they TPAC you and all 10 jump out their vehicles and are heavily armed with AR-15's and point there weapons at you, you are only armed with a pistol you then proceed to shoot them and fail. Another example would be if you were walking along the street and 3 thief's with AK-47's run up to you and advert "mugging drop 5k or die" you then proceed to shoot them with your pistol and once again fail.

2.5 What is racism and provide two examples: Racism is when one uses derogatory terms to offend someone's Race, Religion or Ethnicity Examples: Someone calling another person of the opposite race the n-word or someone says that all Jewish people should have been whi**ed out.

2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would proceed to bring both of them to a sit and then inform William that he is not allowed to steal NHS vehicles or commit any crime against a NHS member. I would then turn to Joe and inform him that he did advert but it was false due to him not being allowed to steal a vehicle of such. I would give William a verbal warning and ask both of them if they have any questions.
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would first ask of there is any video proof if there isn't I will open logs and check where Joe killed William if he was inside the PD then I would try to explain that he could have been seen as a threat or someone shooting at him i would also get the advert from logs and send it in chat so reporter can see and hopefully understand
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? First I would explain that they are both in the wrong here as Joe cant be building on the street as a drug dealer and William should have adverted and shouldn't have broken NLR I would give them both time to read through the rules with a 60 second jail or verbal if this was there first encounter with a member of staff.
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit? I would ask the both of them to explain there sides of the story and then proceed top question Joe about why he decided it was a good idea to commit a major crime when the advert clearly states no majors i would end up jailing Joe for 120 seconds and ask him to write !motd in chat and read through the rules.

I think that I could be a great addition to the staff team I'm active all the time id like to think that I'm friendly and kind to all and id love to become one of the team in general. The server is incredibly active and has a fantastic community. I can and will be professional at all times.
