I banned you for racism because of what you said in OOC. As you've already said, you said the word "Niger". The reason I banned you was because; you said it twice in OOC so it's obvious what you're trying to imply. I also gave you a reduced ban as you didn't spell the word the same and I believe the ban was under a week. There was also no context at all, you just said it in OOC out of nowhere.
