suggestion 1: Add Realistic phones with bank accounts and ability to talk to other in RP and call people.
How will this benefit the community: It will be more fun/realistic.

suggestion 2: Add Shield for SCO LCPL, CPL and they must be breacher trained, Shield cannot be swapped with a gun until you are away from combat for 10 seconds to avoid quick swaping, Will be realistic and fun to use overall and there would be only 1 SCO at a time using it! .

Nope, seems rather useless. i like the idea of the shield as it makes sense for breaching more realisticly.

It is not in our plans to add a shield SWEP, nor a different phone addon. Shield SWEPs usually or commonly have bugs with them, and it is clear the community feedback does not want these suggestions implemented into the server.
