By using and or access our services, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of Riverside Roleplay, You should ensure you read and understand this carefully. Our services are diverse, so, therefore, additional terms will be mentioned by various “checkpoints” throughout the website. You as the end user must abide by these terms and services at all times, making sure you abide by them when you any of our services. 

For these Terms and Conditions, we acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions as stated in this Terms of Service (Also Known as a 'User Agreement') along with any relevant stated clauses in our Privacy policy. Digital Content is non-refundable via this online platform and any relevant chargebacks or infringements will result in an immediate block from our services. Selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Riverside Roleplay produced (and therefore owned) material, without prior consent from management is prohibited.  

By using our online platform known as a “forum”, you give Riverside Roleplay rights to your private information including but not limited to email and personal identity. This information is not owned by us or distributed by Riverside Roleplay and cannot be accessed by 3rd parties. More information can be found in our Privacy Policy. By using our network service; you give consent to your personal location including your IP address to be accessed by the management of the network. Any user ID and password you may have for this Website are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality as well. Riverside Roleplay owns all content provided, and cannot be used without obtaining rights, via payments or agreements of use. 

All services, offered by Riverside Roleplay are final. Once your product has been received, you cannot request a refund. Refunds will only be provided on the digression of Riverside Roleplay and are legally obligated to ensure all customers are above the age of 18. In the event Customers are not above the age of 18, Parental Approval will be assumed regarding purchases and therefore would not provide grounds for a refund. Any use of fake, or unauthentic information or fraudulent activities will be met with a suspension of your accounts and termination of service, effective immediately. 

We reserve to make reasonable changes to your items you purchurch. You are not entitled to a refund or compensation in these circumstances. 

You also automatically accept our privacy policy. 

Custom Job:
- If you choose more than 5 weapons, they will be removed with NO refund.
- It may take upto 72 hours for your job to be added to the game. 
- If you have not recieved your job within 72 hours please contact our business manager, found on our Terms & Conditions page. 
- Our regular Terms & Conditions also apply. 
- If you are deemed not be to active on your custom job (once in a 30 day period), it may be deleted with NO refund. 
- We reserve the right to offer you the option to change an item on a custom job for a fee of £2. In the event this is accepted, you will be required to pay the excess of any additional costs for the weapons + the fee of £2. If your current weapon value is £2.50 and your new weapon costs £3; you must pay £2.50 (50p difference + £2 fee). We reserve the right not to offer this service. 

You, the end user is eligible for a refund in the following events, within 14 days of purchase. 

(a) If the purchase was made twice (At the same time, which is confirmed by transaction ID).
(b) If you purchased the wrong item, you will be granted a store gift card with equal value but will not be entitled to a refund.
(c) In the event Riverside Roleplay is responsible for your loss of items, they will be replaced on request. Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. 

You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. You must not remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services. 

Riverside Roleplay will not be held responsible for any losses, Injury to personal or client owned property, including but not limited to, Loss or Profit, damages to equipment. Riverside Roleplay will furthermore not be responsible for any loss of information such as data etc, or corrupt data. Riverside Roleplay  operates in good faith, therefore will provide you with the utmost support regarding your order. Any other acts via personal or from you, the customer, cannot and will not be blamed on Riverside Roleplay.  
(a) Riverside Roleplay will refund customers in the event they accept sole responsibility for an error on their side.
(b)Riverside Roleplay  will not compensate any customer if they lose their products due to their own negligence.
(c) Riverside Roleplay  allows you to purchase virtual items on this store and will not refund in the event of the following (in any circumstances):
              (1) Your Account gets terminated.
              (2) Your Account gets Suspended.
              (3) Your Account gets compromised.
              (4) Items get lost due to user actions.
              (5) The server shuts down.
              (6) Riverside Roleplay holds the right to change these requirements at any time. 
              (7) Due to changes you request or make without prior permission, in which Riverside Roleplay makes these changes.

Riverside Roleplay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Site following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. The Operator may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Site (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms &  conditions. We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether. You can stop using our Services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. we may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our services. We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example,  reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly to ensure that you are up to date. These changes apply to your current products if you use them. Therefore, you should check often for changes to this which may affect your previous purchurches.
