2.1: Define RDM and provide two examples:
RDM stands for Random Death Match, it is when a player kills another player without a valid RP reason
Example 1: Jeremy is walking down the street and Reggie kills him without a valid RP reason.
Example 2: Jeremy tells Walter he smells, Walter responds by pulling out a shotgun and murdering Jeremy.
2.2: Define NLR and provide two examples:
NLR stands for New Life Rule, it means that once a player dies they cant use information from their past life in future RP.
It also means they shouldn't return to the area of death for at least 5 minutes.
Example 1: PC Jeremy is arresting Reggie when he, unfortunately, dies after being hit by a truck, he returns and continues to arrest Reggie.
Example 2: The police are raiding mansion when they die and return to mansion to continue the raid.
2.3: Define FearRP and provide two examples:
FearRP is where a player isn't valuing their life during a RP situation
Example 1: Three police officers have their guns pointed at Jeremy and he pulls out a gun.
Example 2: Four Royal Syndicate members kidnap PCSO Reggie and tell him to get in the car while pointing large revolvers at him! Instead of complying Reggie runs away and calls for help on the radio.

Example 2: Reggie intentionally harasses Jeremy because of his race.
Please answer the following questions as if you were a Trial-Mod:
2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Firstly I would bring William and Joe to a remote location to handle the sit, then I would explain to William that it doesn't matter if he adverted or not as it is against the server rules to steal NHS vehicles. I would then give William an appropriate punishment and return them both to their original locations.
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Firstly, I would bring William and Joe to a remote location to handle the sit, Then I would ask if either has a clip of the situation. If not I would look at what I had. If joe was on a government job or inside PD
then I would explain to Joe that William had reason to engage, However if Joe was not then I would give William a suitable punishment and explain that he should only kill people who are involved in that particular RP situation (In this case PD raid)
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Firstly, I would bring both William and Joe to a remote location to handle the sit. Next, I would explain to Joe that since he isn't a 'hobo' he cant build on the sidewalk in the first place. Therefore I would give him a suitable punishment and ask him to remove it after the sit. Because of this I wouldn't warn William for FTA and instead warn him for RDM as he still killed Joe. Afterward I would explain to William that he cant return to the location of his death for 5 minutes and give him another warn for NLR. Finally, I would tell Joe that if he wants a refund for the drugs he needs to make a ticket in the discord and then I would return them both to their original locations.
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
Firstly I would bring Joe to a remote location to handle the sit, next I would ask him if he saw the advert or not, if he did I would ban him for MRDM whereas if he didn't see the advert and is suitably apologetic I would jail him for 10 mins and in that time get him to go over the server rules.

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants?
I am extremely active on riverside (86 Hours in the past 2 weeks) and therefore will be a dedicated and consistent addition to the staff team. I have met and built great relationships with many amazing people on riverside so far and would continue to strengthen the relationship between players and staff, I also have a great understanding of the rules as I have had 0 warnings since July 2020. I will ensure I treat everyone equally and I consider myself to be professional and hard-working. Furthermore, I would make taking sits a high priority with hopes to reduce the wait time and load on other staff members so they can spend more time enjoying this great server.
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do?
I would contact another staff member and ask for advice on how to handle the situation.
3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers?

3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff:
I'm Professional, Consistent and I treat everyone with respect.
3.5: List three weaknesses that may affect you when you’re staff:
I work too hard, I Focus on details too much, and I have responsibilities in other departments but I will make sure to balance this with my staff duties.
3.6: Why do you want to be a staff member?
I want to become a staff member because I spend a lot of time on the server and really enjoy it however it is a shame to see players spoiling people's fun by breaking rules. I am often online in the morning when there are no other staff members and I have also noticed that at peak times staff struggle to deal with the amount of sits and have to give up most of their time on SOD. This is why I would like to join the staff team as adding another active member would help reduce the stress on the current staff
