i don't know why i got banned for this reason the only thing i did was saying 'im watching you' okay i was stalking someone but that isn't against the rules is it?

You persistently expressed intentions to bother and harass the same individual, despite their clear objections, as they repeatedly asked you to stop and leave them alone. Furthermore, you continued by making disturbing sounds, exacerbating the situation.

Even after I gave you a chance and moved you away, clearly stating 'STOP,' you ignored this and proceeded to target your next victim, continuing your disruptive behavior.
