Frist warning : I countered pd raid killed him in pd and got warned for RDM.
Second warning : dont know what for got banned for max warn. After this he followed me outside pd and did the Laugh animation. I warned him 3 times to go away but he didn't so I killed him him. He respawned froze adn warned me.
