After that, I'll send William back and take Joe back to his vehicle.

I'll tell William that he broke some rules like not advertising a raid, not following the New Life Rule, and killing Joe without a reason. I'll make William give back the money he got from selling Joe's drugs. If he doesn't give it back, I'll give it to Joe. Finally, I'll
warn William accordingly and tell Joe to remove his base since he is not allowed to build on the sidewalk.

I will bring William and Joe to a safe place to talk about the report against Joe. I'll check the logs to see if William adverted, which will show me if he meant to MRDM or just do a bombing. If he did advert, I will warn Joe for breaking the "No Major Crimes" rule and then return both of them. I will help William as much as I can so he can do his thing.

I have strong team working abilities and great social skills. I can work well with others and communicate effectively, making me a valuable addition to the team. These qualities set me apart from other applicants and make me a great choice for the position.

If I'm not sure, I'll look at the guidebook or ask another staff member or someone higher up for help.
3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers?
Yes a have a lot of experience staffing servers in a lot of different platforms such as FiveM,Discord,Minecraft,CSGO.
I have not staffed in a Garry's Mod server, but I can assure you I am very familiar with the tools I will be given.

My strengths include good communication skills, the ability to handle difficult situations calmly, and a strong commitment to enforcing rules fairly and consistently.

Well, I'd say that sometimes I might be a bit too lenient when dealing with rule-breakers. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I know that's not always the best approach. Another weakness is that I can get easily overwhelmed when there's a lot going on at once. But I'm working on improving my time-management skills. Lastly, I can be a bit of a perfectionist, which can slow me down sometimes. But I believe that taking care to do things right is important for being an effective staff member.

I've been in the community for a while and I've always been interested in being a staff member. I think I have the ability to be a good fit for the team and make the server enjoyable for everyone. Now I feel like it's the right time for me to try and become part of the Riverside staff team.
