2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS member's vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I will go on a roof and teleport to the Nhs member to see if he is in an RP if he is not I'm going to bring him to a roof and check advert logs, I will tell William that he adverted but he is not allowed to commit crimes against NHS I will teleport to William to see if he is still in the NHS member's car and get him out and bring to the roof. I will explain to him that crimes against NHS are not allowed and warn him for Crimes Against NHS.
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I will go to a roof respawn joe and ask him if he got killed in the PD if he was killed in the PD then is not rdm. But if William killed him out of the PD and the other people too I will tp to him freeze him and ban him for MRDM which is 4weeks.
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I will bring joe and William to a roof and tell joe to remove the base he built on the sidewalk. Joe killed William because he was raiding him which is a valid RP reason. William failed to advert and NLRed
I will warn William for NLR and FTA.
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
No Major Crimes starts being effective since the announcement of the meeting saying "no major crime" I will warn Joe for Failure to follow NO MAJOR CRIMES.

Because of my activity and dedication to the server.

Ask another staff member to come and help me.

Yes.

I'm unbiased, I'm on after late hours when there is usually no staff on and people start minging, I have a clear understanding of the rules and have over 1.5k hours of experience in police rp.
3.5: List three weaknesses that may affect you when you’re staff:
My time zone UTC +2 so when for me is 18:00 in the UK is 16:00 but I will try my best to hop on in the morning it doesn't affect me in the night because I stay up late. I don't like when people don't like me but I know some people just are like that but I try my best. I'm Perfectionist so some sits make take a while to finish but everything will be handled perfectly.
3.6: Why do you want to be a staff member?
I want to be able to help the community of this server and keep the server fun to play.I stay late and i see people breaking the rules without any staff on and ruining the experience of those that want to RP which infuriates me and I want to be able to fix it.

My akcent since I'm from Bulgaria some people may find it hard to understand me.
