Suggestion: Add the Cadillac Fleetwood 1985 for RS Higher-Ups (Trial-Sicerio+)
How will this benefit the community: Encourage activity in RS and reward promotions, as currently all cars are available at all ranks.

I'm not sure about my superiors, but I'd personally suggest one of the Mercedes. They're rarely used. particularly the sporty one.

Mercedes is part of a different pack, can't simply remove that. For now this will be denied as we are trying to cut down on content for workshopdl. Feel free to suggest this in the future and this might be considered.
