2.6: William has adverted carjack and stolen an NHS members vehicle. Joe reports him for failing to advert carjack. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I will take Joe and William to the court roof, explain to William that he cannot steal a NHS vehicle and remind him to read the rules and if found doing this again a warning will be issued and will get William to apologise to Joe
2.7: Joe has reported William for shooting at him for no reason. William states that he was not shooting for no reason, he adverted PD raid. William has killed 6 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I will take Joe and William to a sit, get both sides of the story. I will then check the logs to see if William has advertised and if William advertised and I will explain to Joe he has advertised then I will return them both back to roleplay.
2.8: Joe (Drug dealer) has built a base on the sidewalk. William raids Joes base with no advert. Joe kills William. William gets a new gun and drives straight back and kills Joe and sells all his drugs. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I will advise that not under any circumstances you cannot build bases on the sidewalk. I will then check the logs to see that he has adverted. In this case NLR has been broken so William will be warned as he returned back to the place he was killed. I will also warn William for RDM as he has no recalls of what happened
2.9: William as a Commander in the Police is hosting a meeting he adverts “Pd meeting | Starting 5m | Important topics | No major crimes” Joe as a Jihad adverts bombing and ends up killing 10 people. What steps will you take to resolve this sit?
I will bring both to a sit. I would find that Joe has broken rules and ban him for MassRDM I will also tell him to read on the rules

I am back on the server for good and just like before I was very active. I have very good interactions with people and very calm and collected individual
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do?
I would try my best from reading the handbook. I would seek help from an experienced admin.
3.3: Do you have previous experience staffing servers?
I was a staff member on here for many months and dealt with a lot of very hard people and abusive at times. I know the commands I know what is expected of me and I was very active on staff contributing over 50-60 hours every week dealing with huge amounts of cases at peak times.
3.4: List three strengths that you have that will help you staff:
Previous experience
Decision making
Working under preasure

mind might become foggy at times. I don’t really have many weakness not what I can think of.

I was a staff member on here a while ago, I know the crack I was dedicated and willing to do so again before I was back and forth for many reasons and not having my thinking head on. I want to become part of a team again and become one of the best staff memeber riverside has seen!
